WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

Due to the expense involved in processing and packing large orders we have established the following requirements for wholesale returns.

• Returns are accepted only in the event of factory defect.
• Exchanges are only accepted for alternate sizes or styles of equal or greater value if buyers order the wrong sizes. Exchange also is subject to our approval. We reserve the right of denying any exchange. We'll charge 10% restock fee before we process any exchange.
• Exchanged/Returned items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. They should also be returned to our warehouse within 2 weeks of receiving the shipment. 
• We will give you a return/exchange number when you contact us through phone or email. We don't accept anything without an authorized number.
• All shipping fees for exchange/return orders will be the customer's responsibility.
• Returns based on order error will be handled on individual basis.  
• Please contact us by telephone or email for approval “before” returning orders for exchange.

New Customers

When placing your first order
 

If Paypal or Money Order will be your choice of payment, we'll set up your wholesale account and then:

• Your merchandise order will be calculated and an invoice sent for that subtotal. This subtotal will not include shipping. Please include a note in comment area or email us/call us if you need the shipping quote.
• Once payment is received for the subtotal we will pack your order to determine the total weight for shipping. 
• An invoice will be sent for the shipping and handling fee.  We charge actual shipping in most cases. *see note under “residential or commercial” .
• Once total payment is received, we will pack your order and process UPS shipment.
• Your order will be completed and shipped once the payment for shipping is received.
• Once you have completed your first order you become an established customer and should refer to the process below for returning customers.

 If credit card will be your choice of payment, we'll set up your wholesale account and then:

• Your merchandise order will be calculated  and your  subtotal will be charged. This subtotal will not include shipping. We will pack your order to determine the total weight for shipping. Please include a note in comment area or email us/call us if you need know the shipping quote before we process payment.
• We'll then process your shipping.   We charge actual shipping in most cases. *see note under “residential or commercial”
• Your order will be completed and shipped. 
• Once you have completed your first order you become an established customer and should refer to the process below for returning customers.
